Job Title: Director - OneCoE Programme Manager

About Business line/Function: The OneCoE Programme is a strategic initiative aimed at driving business excellence and standardization across the CoEs.

BNP Paribas India Solutions Private Limited (ISPL) will play an important role in helping achieve this objective and delivering value to the Group.

This OneCoE Programme Management role, from ISPL, will play a critical part in driving the success of this initiative.

Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead the OneCoE Programme Management function, working closely with senior stakeholders globally to drive the program's strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the program, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to drive business outcomes and achieve the program's goals

Responsibilities





Execute the OneCoE Programme strategy and programme deliverables, aligning with all other associated working groups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders globally, including Working Group members, related programme teams, and other CoE representatives.
Provide programme management expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of the OneCoE Programme.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact the program.
Develop and manage programme governance, including reporting, metrics, and dashboards to measure program performance.
Ensure that the program is delivered in accordance with the organization's standards, policies, and procedures.
