Role Description The Division Manager role at Muthoot Microfin is a full time, on-site position based in Patna. The Division Manager oversees branch operations within the division, ensuring adherence to microfinance policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal controls.



This role includes leading and mentoring branch and field teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring portfolio quality, client outreach, and loan recovery. The Division Manager collaborates with regional leadership to plan expansion, implement process improvements, and ensure consistent service delivery to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance reports, conducting field visits, supporting staff training, managing risk, and maintaining strong relationships with community stakeholders.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising branch or field operations in financial services or microfinance.
Proficiency in operational planning, performance monitoring, and portfolio management, including risk assessment and compliance oversight.
Sound understanding of microfinance models (preferably JLG), rural markets, and community-based lending practices.
