ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Performance Marketing Strategist is responsible for ensuring every advertising dollar entrusted to Rosy Finch works as hard as possible.

This role exists because paid media is no longer about managing platforms. It is about understanding audiences, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and making investment decisions based on evidence instead of assumptions.

Campaigns do not succeed because someone clicked the right buttons. They succeed because someone understood what the data was saying before everyone else.

This role exists to create that advantage.

The Senior Performance Marketing Strategist owns the strategy, execution, optimization, and ongoing evolution of paid media programs across our client portfolio. They continuously evaluate performance, challenge assumptions, research competitors, identify opportunities, and recommend what should happen next.

Rosy Finch operates Quick, Fun, and Top-Tier. This role ensures our clients’ media investments do the same.

Salary Range: $1,500 - $1,900 USD / month
Required Business Hours: 9a - 6p EST,

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Own campaign strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop media strategies aligned with client business objectives, not platform best practices alone.
• Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search and Paid Social.
• Support Programmatic campaigns through CM360 and DV360 when applicable.
• Own client relationships by leading strategy presentations, communicating performance insights and providing strategic recommendations.

Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
• Analyze campaign performance across platforms using GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM data, and platform reporting.
• Recommend optimizations backed by data, not intuition.
