Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, manage existing relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms.
Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings and understand their business requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client and lead data in CRM.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Required Skills
Strong Business Development and Sales skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good client relationship management.
Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle corporate clients independently.
Qualification
Any Graduate.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition.
