We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B Sales, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and business discussions with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
- English C1 level or above with strong verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude with solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
