Senior Business Analyst / Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an aggressive, commercially driven and data-focused Senior Business Analyst / Team Lead to lead global product discovery, sourcing, new ASIN launches and marketplace/category growth across markets such as USA, UK, Australia/India

This is not a reporting-only role. You will be responsible for finding profitable products, validating the opportunity, identifying suppliers, supporting purchasing decisions, launching products and scaling successful categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Find current ASINs & products: Identify high-demand, low/medium-competition and profitable product opportunities across global marketplaces.
- Global Product Sourcing: Research brands, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and suppliers and identify profitable Wholesale, Resale, Retail Arbitrage and Online Arbitrage (OA) opportunities.
- Amazon FBA / Walmart WFS: Analyse FBA/WFS competition, Buy Box, BSR, sales trends, pricing history, seller count, Amazon presence and product profitability.
- Product Launch: Validate new products, recommend purchase quantities, pricing and launch strategy, and monitor post-launch performance.
- Category Growth: Own assigned categories and identify new brands, products, suppliers and subcategories to drive 2X/3X growth.
- Profitability Analysis: Calculate landed cost, marketplace fees,



shipping, duty/GST/VAT, margin, ROI, sales velocity and inventory turnover before recommending purchases.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track competitors, pricing, stock levels, new sellers, new products and emerging market trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead product research analysts, set targets, review opportunities, improve research quality and build SOPs/processes.
- Opportunity Pipeline: Manage the complete process: Research → Validate → Source → Approve → Purchase → Launch → Scale.

Requirements:

· Strong hands-on knowledge of: Wholesale | Resale | Retail Arbitrage | Online Arbitrage (OA) | Product Sourcing | Marketplace Analytics

· Tools “= Hands-on experience with: Jungle Scout | Helium 10 | Keepa | Sellerboard | Repricing Tools/Scrapping tools | Google Sheets | Microsoft Excel

· You should be fast, analytical, commercially aggressive, highly proactive and comfortable making decisions based on data.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
