We bring together domain expertise, cutting-edge tools, and a culture of continuous improvement to deliver value across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. /n /n To strengthen our BIM Engineering team, we are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler with robust technical proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for international projects. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- Develop and manage 4D construction simulations in Navisworks, linking BIM models with project schedules, WBS, activities, and construction sequences.

/n

- Integrate BIM models with Primavera P6, MS Project, or Synchro to support construction planning, sequencing, logistics, milestones,



and planned-versus-actual progress visualization.

/n

- Perform 5D BIM quantity takeoff and validation, including BOQ reconciliation, WBS/CBS mapping, cost-code integration, and support for variation/change analysis.

/n

- Coordinate with Planning, QS, Commercial, Engineering, and Site teams to develop practical construction simulations and resolve sequencing, quantity, and constructability issues.

/n

- Develop, review, and maintain advanced BIM models, coordinated models, shop drawings, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

/n

- Lead Scan-to-BIM, Scan-to-CAD, and as-built modeling activities using point clouds, laser scans, survey information, and existing-condition data.

/n

- Perform BIM coordination, clash detection, model QA/QC, and technical reviews, ensuring compliance with project standards, BEP, LOD/LOI, and information requirements.

/n

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Modelers, coordinate multidisciplinary deliverables, and ensure BIM outputs are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
