Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and drive sales and service initiatives within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial products, customer relationship management, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires a proactive leader who can navigate the complexities of the banking sector, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the bank's growth and market presence in the microfinance domain.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within the Microfinance and Individual Banking segment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and service team to ensure high performance and adherence to bank policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to sales and service operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and risk management to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty within the MFIB segment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues promptly to maintain the bank’s reputation and trust.
