Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales and Service department. This role involves leading and managing sales initiatives and service delivery within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service standards, and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the financial needs of micro and small enterprises. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and market trends in the financial services industry, committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the MFIB segment.
- Manage and nurture relationships with microfinance clients and individual banking customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure achievement of sales goals.




- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all sales and service activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product offerings and service improvements.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams to facilitate timely loan disbursal and manage portfolio quality.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance service delivery and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and implement targeted campaigns for the MFIB segment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales and service team to keep them updated on product knowledge and compliance requirements.
