Job Brief:- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role involves leading and managing sales initiatives and service delivery within the Microfinance and Individual Banking (MFIB) segment. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service standards, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a deep understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of small finance banking customers. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and lead a team to deliver exceptional results in a competitive financial services environment.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the MFIB segment.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead and mentor the sales and service team to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal controls while delivering sales and service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations, and risk management to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Drive financial inclusion initiatives by promoting suitable banking products to underserved segments within the community.
- Coordinate training programs for the sales team to keep them updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory changes.
