About the RoleEOS Chambers of Law is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Lawyer / Senior Litigation Counsel with 18+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Delhi office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong and demonstrable track record in civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and High Courts.

This is a senior-level position requiring independent handling of complex matters, strong courtroom experience, strategic legal judgment, client management capabilities, and the ability to lead and mentor junior members of the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle and strategise complex civil and criminal litigation matters
- Represent and assist clients in proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
- Handle arbitration, commercial disputes, and complex dispute-resolution matters
- Provide strategic legal advice on contentious and high-stakes matters
- Draft, review,



and settle pleadings, petitions, written submissions, opinions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct and supervise comprehensive legal research and develop litigation strategies
- Advise clients on legal risks, remedies, and practical courses of action
- Lead conferences with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders
- Supervise, guide, and mentor junior associates and team members
- Contribute to the Firm's overall litigation strategy and client relationships

- Required Qualifications & Experience

- 18+ years of post-qualification legal experience
- Strong and substantial experience in Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation
- Demonstrable experience in matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and High Courts
- Solid exposure to arbitration, commercial disputes, and dispute resolution
- Excellent command over legal research, drafting, pleadings, and legal analysis
- Ability to independently formulate and execute litigation strategy
- Strong client advisory and case-management skills
- Proven ability to handle complex and high-value legal assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- LL.B. from a recognised university/institution; LL.M. will be an added advantage
- Strong professional ethics, judgment, leadership ability, and commitment to the legal profession
- Ability to work effectively under demanding timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
