What we’re looking for
Leo Berwick is seeking a Senior Associate, Integration & Separation Advisory (ISA) to support the execution of integration, separation, carve-out diligences and value creation engagements from our India location. This role will support North American stakeholders on live transactions by conducting synergy assessments, standalone cost analyses, carve-out and separation diligences and planning activities, TSA reviews, operational analyses and running integration management offices.. The successful candidate will work closely with US and Canadian engagement teams to, support operational diligence and post-deal integration and separation planning, and drive high-quality execution across the transaction lifecycle.

What you'll do
- Support North American engagement teams on integration, separation, carve-out, TSA, synergy, and value creation projects.
- Analyze financial, operational, and data room information to identify key risks, value drivers, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare high quality carve out, HR and synergy diligence reports highlights key risks and adjustments that impact deal value.
- Track milestones, synergy initiatives, risks, and dependencies across Day 1, Day 100, integration,
and separation planning.
- Work collaboratively with U.S. and Canadian teams in a Global Capabilities Center (GCC) support model, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience in transaction advisory, PMI, separation/carve-out advisory, value creation, operational due diligence, or a similar Big Four/GCC support role.
- Experience supporting U.S., Canada, or other global teams from India, with exposure to cross-border M&A; workstreams and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, financial analysis, data interpretation, and presentation-building skills.
- Working knowledge of synergy assessment, integration planning, Day 1/Day 100 readiness, carve-outs, standalone costs, stranded costs, and TSAs.
- Strong communication, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with reasonable overlap with North American working hours.
- MBA, CA, CFA, or another relevant professional qualification is preferred.
