Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from initial concept, through detailed design, to construction documentation and site coordination. This full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India involves developing design proposals, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior

Architect will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, manage project timelines and resources, and oversee integration of structural, MEP, and other systems into cohesive designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding junior team members,



reviewing technical documentation, resolving design and site issues, and maintaining compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading full project cycles.
- Ability to oversee Integration of architectural, structural, and building services into unified project solutions.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts or digital workflows related to BIM, parametric design, or automation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation software.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is preferred.
- Experience in leading design teams, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
