Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Mumbai.

The Senior

Architect will lead architectural design from concept through execution, develop design strategies, and oversee the preparation of drawings, models, and specifications for complex projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, guiding junior architects, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project phases. The role involves regular collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors, reviewing technical details,



and resolving design and site-related issues to meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

The Senior

Architect will contribute to masterplanning initiatives, support innovation in design processes, and uphold regulatory compliance and sustainability standards across assigned projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup ,D5,Photoshop, Revit/BIM tools, 3D modeling and rendering software).
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination of stakeholders, schedule and resource management, and oversight of project delivery.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution and registration with a relevant professional body is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or high-rise projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing built work.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes, particularly in Mumbai and other Indian metros.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative approach to working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and innovative construction technologies is an advantage.
