nKey Skills :
n1) experience in handling high rise projects with positive understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
n2) Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
n3) Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
n4) Preference for experience in developers office
n5) Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
n6) Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
n7) Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
n8) Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
