We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect who will be responsible for managing

nand coordinating architectural and design activities across projects, ensuring seamless

nintegration between consultants, internal teams, and site execution while maintaining

ndesign intent, quality, and timelines.

n

n• Experience : 8 - 10 years of professional experience with Architect Firms only, with

nat least one completed high-rise residential project.

n• Solid understanding of architectural design and construction detailing

n• Experience in design coordination for real estate projects

n• Ability to manage multiple consultants and stakeholders

n

nScope/Accountabilities of the role:

n• Design Coordination :

nCoordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of

ndesign deliverables with project requirements.

n• Drawing & Documentation Review:





nReview architectural and allied design drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance

nwith project standards.

n• Inter-Disciplinary Coordination:

nEnsure effective coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other design

ndisciplines.

n• Design Compliance:

nEnsure adherence to approved concepts, design guidelines, statutory norms, and quality

nbenchmarks.

n• Site & Execution Support:

n

nProvide design clarifications and support to site teams during execution to resolve design-

nrelated issues.

n

n• Stakeholder Communication:

nAct as a central point of contact between design consultants, project teams, and

nmanagement.

n
