Job Summary
Overview: Senior Process Analyst, HR Global Mobility with 4 to 8 years of experience will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of the company's global mobility programs. This role will provide operational support to employees undergoing international assignments and relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
The Senior
Analyst will also contribute to process improvements and support various global mobility projects.
Responsibilities
- Administer end-to-end UK Global Mobility operations, including international assignments, business travel, immigration, and cross-border employee movements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR, managers, and stakeholders on UK inbound and outbound mobility matters, providing guidance on policies, processes, immigration, tax, and assignment benefits.
- Manage UK immigration processes, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Standard Visitor, and other visa categories, ensuring compliance with UK immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other vendors to facilitate seamless employee mobility and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare, review, and administer assignment documentation, cost projections, assignment letters, and mobility-related approvals in line with company policy.
- Monitor compliance with UK immigration, right-to-work, payroll, tax, social security, and employment regulations, escalating risks where necessary.
- Provide guidance on UK business travel requirements and support mobility activities across EMEA, AMERS, and APAC regions.
- Develop and maintain Global Mobility process documentation, SOPs, process maps, knowledge articles, and governance controls.
- Support the administration of assignment compensation,
allowances, tax equalization, Certificates of Coverage (CoC), and social security coordination where applicable.
- Maintain accurate mobility records and employee data within HR and mobility systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and reporting accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency within UK Global Mobility programs.
- Participate in mobility projects including policy reviews, vendor management, technology implementations, compliance initiatives, and program enhancements.
- Prepare mobility dashboards, management reports, and data analytics to provide insights on immigration, assignments, business travel, compliance, and program performance.
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and business leaders to ensure effective delivery of UK Global Mobility services and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree: Bachelor/Master Major: Graduation in Business Management is added advantage and Project Management experience is must
- Licenses/Certificates: Lean/Six Sigma - Added Advantage
- Work Experience: 4 to 8 Years of Relevant Work Experience
