Description Senior AI-Native Engineer role in Payoneer’s Platform (Product & Technology Group). You will own AI-driven engineering work end to end, from business understanding and architecture through production monitoring.

Location: Hybrid - Gurgaon

Experience

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems in production
- Genuine fluency with AI-powered development tools
- Experience designing agentic architectures
- Robust evaluation instincts
- Comfortable across the full stack
- High degree of independence
- Excellent communication

Responsibilities

- Own the full development loop from problem understanding to production monitoring
- Collaborate with team and business stakeholders on decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics
- Design and build evaluation frameworks for every solution
- Own production readiness, monitoring, alerting, and observability from day one
- Contribute to team practices, tooling, and engineering standards
- Decompose business problems into agentic workflows, orchestrated flows,



and reusable capabilities
- Lead best practices and champion early adoption of new technologies
- Influence the direction of the R&D; guild
- Build and ship cutting-edge agentic applications
- Deliver seamless experiences to users

Additional Responsibilities

- Work directly with business stakeholders
- Ship AI-driven capabilities at speed
- Help define the methodology as the team builds it
- Operate within the AI Foundations organization
- Own problems end-to-end within R&D;
