Job Role

- Senior Accounts Manager

- Oversee complete accounting and financial operations related to project execution.

- Manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, project-wise accounting, vendor payments, and financial controls.

- Ensure accurate accounting practices and timely preparation of financial reports.

- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, project compliance, and other statutory requirements.

- Monitor project cash flows, costs, revenues, profitability, and outstanding payments.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in electrical low-voltage contracts, construction, infrastructure, EPC projects, real estate, or other project-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting &

- Reporting:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain the General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet schedules.

- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform regular bank reconciliations.

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures.

- Prepare monthly Profit &
- Loss statements.

Project &

- Cost Accounting

- Maintain accurate project-wise accounting records.

- Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues, and profitability.

- Prepare and monitor project cash flows against ongoing projects.

- Track project-wise outstanding amounts and financial commitments.

- Prepare project MIS reports for management.

- Monitor project costing and financial performance.

- Ensure proper accounting and financial control throughout project execution.

Taxation &

- Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Labour Cess, and other statutory requirements.





- Manage GST and TDS-related filings and documentation.

- Monitor project-related statutory compliances.

- Ensure timely completion of all applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

Vendor &

- Contract Management

- Verify contractor and vendor bills according to contractual terms.

- Monitor vendor payments and outstanding balances.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams regarding financial matters.

- Ensure proper financial documentation for contracts and project expenses.

- Develop and implement effective financial controls and accounting policies.

Cash Flow Management

- Prepare cash flow statements for running projects.

- Monitor project-wise cash inflows and outflows.

- Ensure adequate funds are available for project requirements.

- Track receivables, payables, and project-related outstanding amounts.

- Identify potential cash flow issues and coordinate with management for corrective action.

Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and guide the accounts team.

- Allocate accounting and compliance-related responsibilities to team members.

- Review the team's work for accuracy and timely completion.

- Coordinate with internal departments for project-related financial information.

Coordination &

- Compliance

- Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial requirements.

- Liaise with banks, government authorities, vendors, contractors,



and other stakeholders.

- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.

- Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, preferably B.Com or M.Com.

- CA, CMA, or MBA Finance qualification will be preferred.

- Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, EPC projects, electrical contracting, or project-based businesses is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction and project-based accounting.

- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

- Strong understanding of project cash flow management.

- Knowledge of project costing and profitability analysis.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Financial modelling and MIS reporting skills.

- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial controls.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong team management and coordination skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of monthly financial reports.

- Accurate project-wise accounting and financial reporting.

- Timely completion of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

- Effective monitoring of project cash flows and outstanding payments.

- Accurate project costing and profitability reporting.

- Timely month-end and year-end financial closure.
