Job Summary

Nectar Fresh Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage accounting operations, taxation, costing, budgeting, MIS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and Excel, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or food processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and ledger management.
- Prepare bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
- Handle product costing, cost analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Assist with inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure audit readiness.




- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain proper financial records and internal controls.
- Provide financial information and analysis to management for decision-making.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an advantage.

Required Skills Costing & Cost Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Tally Prime, ERP & Accounting Software, GST & TDS, MIS & Financial Reporting, Bank & Ledger Reconciliation, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Inventory Accounting, Financial Accounting, Statutory Compliance, Audit & Taxation, Advanced MS Excel, Month-End & Year-End Closing, Financial Analysis.

Preferred Candidate

- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- FMCG / Manufacturing / Food Processing experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, costing, budgeting, and MIS.
- Good analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
