nWe are looking for a senior finance qualified to lead the Accounts & Finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance and business finance.
n Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead financial accounting, reporting, closing and statutory compliance.n
Oversee inventory valuation, costing and financial controls .n
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and regulatory compliance .n
Handle banking, working capital, cash flow and forex management .n
Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.n
Strengthen internal controls, processes and automation.n
Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.n




Coordinate with auditors, consultants and external stakeholders.n

n Key Requirements
n
n
CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience .n
Experience in jewellery, precious metals or a related industry preferred .n
Solid understanding of inventory, costing and financial controls.n
Robust knowledge of taxation and import/export compliance.n
Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.n
