Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior Accountant role based in Jaipur.

The Senior

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records. The role involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation laws, and internal policies.

The Senior

Accountant will oversee inventory and cost accounting related to jewelry production and exports,



monitor cash flow, and assist with audits and regulatory filings. The person in this role will collaborate closely with management, operations, and export teams to provide financial insights, improve controls, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory reporting applicable to manufacturing and export-oriented businesses.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid MS Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis, preferably in a jewelry or manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support management decisions.
- Candidate should ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role, preferably in manufacturing, export, or jewelry sectors, will be highly beneficial.
