A leading real estate and construction group is looking to hire an

Accounts Manager with 10+ years of experience who will be responsible to manage accounts receivable, collections, and financial forecasting. The role covers bank reconciliations, GST/TDS filing, revenue recognition, balance sheet and trial balance preparation, WIP project reporting, and loan-related financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely collections and effective follow-up on outstanding payments. Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial forecasts and management reports. Partner with campuses/sites to resolve collection-related queries and address payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate and well-organized records of invoices, bills, receipts, deposits, and other financial transactions.

Record and post accounting entries in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Leverage advanced MS Excel functions and formulas for financial analysis, data validation, reporting, and reconciliation. Process and analyze financial data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies. Manage TDS calculations, filings, reconciliations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Handle GST calculations, filings, reconciliations,



and ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations. Maintain accounting records and financial transactions using Tally ERP. Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies. Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Calculate income tax liabilities and support related tax compliance and reporting activities.

Prepare and review trial balances and ensure timely rectification of accounting discrepancies. Prepare and maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports for ongoing projects, tracking project costs and financial progress. Manage HUF-related accounting, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements. Monitor and report bank loans, including outstanding balances, interest, repayments, and other related financial information.

Required Skills Strong understanding of financial markets and business models. Strong budgeting and financial planning skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Robust leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong presentation and reporting skills. Effective team collaboration and stakeholder management. Sound knowledge of taxation, including TDS and GST.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

B.Com / BBA-Finance / M.Com / MBA-Finance
