We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Executive who can independently manage
Accounts, Payroll, HR Operations, Banking, and Administration .
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Manage day-to-day accounting transactions independently using
Tally . Maintain accounting documents, invoices, records, receipts, and supporting documents. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare and manage various
MIS reports . Coordinate with auditors for audits and statutory compliance. Handle banking activities, bank reconciliations, and related accounting work.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance Manage monthly payroll processing . Handle
PF & ESI related activities and compliance. Maintain employee payroll and statutory records. Knowledge of
GST and TDS will be an added advantage.
HR & Administration Handle non-recruitment HR operations , including employee records, attendance, leave, documentation, and other HR-related activities. Manage day-to-day office administration . Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Handle routine banking and administrative activities.
Requirements & Skills
B.Com/ M.Com, CA Inter with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience . Strong hands-on experience in
Tally . Solid proficiency in
Microsoft Excel , including: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP Pivot Tables Excel formulas & functions MIS reporting and data analysis Good knowledge of
Payroll, PF & ESI . Knowledge of
GST and TDS is an added advantage. Ability to independently manage
Accounts, Payroll, HR Operations, Banking, and Administration . Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership of work.
