We are looking for an experienced Account Executive for our Building Materials business.
Mandatory Requirement -
Hands-on accounting experience is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates without practical accounting experience should not apply.
Key Responsibilities -
- Prepare customer invoices and maintain sales records.
- Handle customer, vendor and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable.
- Track customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.
- Verify purchase bills, expenses and payments.
- Handle GST-related records and coordinate with the CA.
- Prepare credit/debit notes when required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding orders, deliveries and billing.
Required Skills
- Mandatory practical experience in Accounting.
- Experience in invoicing, billing and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GST, Tally and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience is mandatory. Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
