Hiring: Seller Support Executive

Process: E-Commerce (International/Domestic)

Location: Pune

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational

Week Offs: Rotational

Cab Facility: One-way cab available during odd hours.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries and provide effective resolutions through customer support.
- Assist E-Commerce Business sellers with account, order, payment, listing , and other platform-related concerns.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot them, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and meet process SLAs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility





- Candidates with experience in International/Domestic Voice /Seller Support / E-commerce /Customer Support are preferred.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office .
- Freshers may be considered based on positive communication skills and process requirements.
