The role is of Segment Manager - Anodizing

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Market Development: Own the business plan for Anodising Chemicals, driving revenue, margin, market share and new-customer acquisition across extrusion, architectural, automotive, consumer durable and engineering segments.

Customer Development & Technical Conversion: Build relationships with OEMs, anodisers, applicators, consultants, distributors and key accounts; lead technical trials, commercial evaluations, troubleshooting and conversion into sustained business.

Product Trials & Application Development: Drive trials across customer sites to secure product approvals and conversions.



Work closely with R&D; to test new products, refine existing formulations and adapt chemistries to specific customer processes, performance requirements and operating conditions.

Market Planning & Commercial Follow-through: Track competition, pricing, technology and customer requirements. Make regular forecasts for supply chain and manufacturing programs and conduct periodic business reviews. Support customer presentations, training and technical seminars.

Qualifications:

- Solid business-development, key-account and market understanding. Should ideally be from the electroplating industry.
- Able to work across sales, operations and finance to execute growth plans, manage priorities and track commercial performance.
- Effective communicator and negotiator with sound analytical and presentation skills.
- Graduate in Engineering, Business or Management; relevant industrial experience preferred.
