Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Assign shifts, manage daily attendance, and supervise security guard performance.

- Operations & Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols, oversee access control, and check surveillance or alarm systems.

- Incident Response: Act as the first responder to security breaches, medical issues, or safety hazards. Write clear incident reports and coordinate with local authorities if needed.

- Training & Compliance: Lead safety drills, train team members on security protocols, and run routine security audits.

- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect security gear like CCTV cameras, radios, and emergency equipment to ensure proper function.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a security guard or in a relevant security role.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice is often preferred.

- Licenses: Valid security license.

- Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, explicit communication, and basic technical knowledge of surveillance systems.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and remain alert during rotating or 12-hour shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
