nAbout the Job

nWe are looking for a Security PMO who will own the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity

ntraining programs. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, project management, curriculum

ndesign, and client coordination.

nYou will manage end-to-end training projects, ensure smooth execution of technical sessions, coordinate

nwith trainers and clients, and step in to deliver cybersecurity sessions where required.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Training & Delivery Management

nPlan and manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity training programs (B2B and B2C).

nCreate detailed training plans, schedules, and delivery timelines.

nEnsure smooth execution of live, virtual, and blended training sessions.

n

n• Technical & Instructional Responsibilities

nDeliver cybersecurity sessions as required based on expertise and program needs.

nSupport trainers during live sessions and hands-on labs.

nReview and validate technical training content for accuracy and relevance.

n

n• Curriculum Design & Customization

nDesign, customize, and update cybersecurity curricula based on client requirements.

nAlign content with industry standards, certification objectives, and skill-level expectations.





nConvert high-level requirements into structured learning paths and modules.

n

n• Project & Stakeholder Management

nAct as the single point of contact for training projects and clients.

nCoordinate with trainers, SMEs, operations, and sales teams.

nManage client expectations, milestones, and delivery commitments.

nTrack risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps and close them proactively.

n

n• Reporting & Continuous Improvement

nMaintain project documentation, trackers, and delivery reports.

nCollect participant and client feedback and drive improvements.

nIdentify gaps in delivery, content, or processes and recommend solutions.

n

nSkills & Requirements

n• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

n• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as: Network security, application security, cloud

nsecurity, SOC, GRC, or IAM.

n• Experience in managing technical trainings, workshops, or learning programs.

n• Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.

n• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

n• Comfortable handling multiple training projects simultaneously.

n• Any Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline.

n• Certifications in:

na) CompTIA Security+

nb) ISO/IEC 27001 (Foundation / Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor)
