ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Security Delivery Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls and Oracle Advanced Access Controls. The role involves leading security service delivery, coordinating global teams, managing project execution, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Governance, Risk & Compliance in cloud environments

Security control configuration & implementation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead planning and execution of Security Services projects

- Act as an SME and manage/guide the project team
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional and global teams
- Drive key technical and project decisions
- Ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Resolve complex security configuration issues
- Mentor junior team members and support capability development
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

ELIGIBILITY

Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Cloud GRC experience 15 years of full-time education required
