Job Purpose

•To support the growth of the brands by executing and optimizing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversions across global markets.

•To ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented across on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO initiatives, contributing to sustainable organic growth.

•To leverage data, AI-driven insights, and automation tools to enhance SEO efficiency, scalability, and performance measurement across multiple brands and regions.

Qualification

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Relevant Experience

•Over 5-7 years of relevant experience

Skills

•Proficiency with keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, and Ahrefs to identify high-value, search-intent-driven keywords.

•Strong understanding of on-page SEO,



including optimization of meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure.

•Ability to optimize content to align with user search intent, topical relevance, and semantic coverage.

•Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals, including site architecture, URL structure, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.

•Hands-on experience with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics for SEO auditing, monitoring, and analysis.

•Ability to analyze SEO performance data and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

•Working knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools for keyword clustering, content optimization, SERP analysis, and opportunity identification.

•Understanding of AI-driven search experiences (e.g. AI Overviews and generative SERP features) and their impact on SEO strategy.

•Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows, including SEO briefs and optimization recommendations.

•Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to support on-page troubleshooting and collaboration with developers.

•Working knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and SEO plugins.
