Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Intern will support the marketing and growth teams in improving organic search performance for CodeAce and client brands. This on-site internship role, located in Kochi, involves conducting keyword research, assisting in on-page optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links), and analyzing website performance using SEO and analytics tools. The intern will help with content optimization,



basic technical SEO checks, and competitor analysis, as well as preparing performance reports and documenting insights.

The role also includes collaborating with designers, developers, and content teams to implement SEO recommendations and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and best practices.

Qualifications

- Foundational SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and understanding of basic technical SEO concepts.
- Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) to interpret data and derive insights.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work with spreadsheets and reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Interest in digital marketing, growth marketing, and AI-driven technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with content management systems (such as WordPress) and basic HTML is an advantage.
- Growth mindset, ownership orientation, and readiness to work on-site in Kochi in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
