Innov Arch is looking for a creative and technically strong skilled who can combine video editing, AI, architecture and 3D visualization.

The role involves creating high-quality visual content for our Resorts, Villas, Townships, Hospitality & Real Estate projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional video editing for architectural & real-estate projects
Creating project presentation videos, reels and promotional videos
Cinematic editing, transitions, sound design, effects and storytelling
Developing architectural concepts using ChatGPT and AI tools
Creating AI-generated architectural images and design concepts
Converting 2D plans into realistic 3D views using AI
Creating AI-generated walkthroughs and cinematic project videos
Exploring new AI tools and developing efficient creative workflows

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Adobe Premiere Pro — COMPULSORY

Adobe After Effects — COMPULSORY

DaVinci Resolve — Required / Strong Advantage

AI Prompting — Solid knowledge required





Good understanding of AI image & video generation tools

Solid visual storytelling and creative sense

AI KNOWLEDGE

The candidate should be comfortable working with AI for creative production and should understand how to write effective prompts for:
Architectural visualization
Image generation
Image-to-video
Video generation
Style & design exploration
Camera movements
Cinematic scenes
Architectural concepts

Experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling, Runway, Veo, or similar AI tools will be an advantage.

ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION

You will work on:
Resort concepts
Villa projects
Township planning
Master plans
Hospitality projects
Architectural presentations
3D visualization
AI-generated walkthroughs

An understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, site plans and 3D visualization will be a strong advantage.
