About Centous Solutions :

Centous Solutions is a Shopify Partner and Expert agency working since 2017 with ecommerce brands in the USA, UK, Australia and Europe. We design, build, maintain and grow Shopify stores for 850+ clients. We are now building our SEO practice and are hiring a hands on SEO specialist who will own search growth for our USA clients from day one.

Role Summary :

You will take Shopify and ecommerce websites from zero to ranking. Brand recent stores with no search presence, and established stores that need to grow. You will run the full SEO cycle yourself: technical audits, keyword research for international buyers, on page optimisation,

content planning, clean link building and monthly client reporting. You will work directly with the founder and with our designers and developers, who implement your recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

On Page SEO :

● Keyword research targeted at USA search intent and buyer behaviour

● Keyword mapping: one primary target per page across homepage, collections, products and landing pages

● Title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure and URL optimisation

● Product and collection page content optimisation for Shopify stores

● Internal linking structure and content silos

● Image optimisation, alt text and schema markup (product, review, FAQ, organisation)

● Content strategy and monthly content calendar, briefing writers where needed

Technical SEO :

● Full technical audits using Screaming Frog, Search Console and Semrush or Ahrefs

● Crawl and indexing issues, canonical tags, redirects, sitemap and robots.txt

● Site speed, Core Web Vitals and mobile usability recommendations

● Search Console, GA4 and Bing Webmaster setup,



verification and monitoring

Off Page SEO :

● Clean, white hat backlink strategy for USA websites: guest posts, niche directories,

digital PR, partnerships

● Competitor backlink gap analysis and monthly link acquisition targets

● Brand mentions, citations and Google Business Profile for local International clients

● Toxic link audits and disavow when required

Reporting and Client Communication :

● Monthly SEO reports: rankings, traffic, indexing, conversions, work done, next steps

● Present results to clients in plain English on calls

● Set honest timelines and targets and hit them

● Coordinate with the design and development team on

● implementation

Requirements :

● 3 to 5 years hands on SEO experience covering on page, off page and technical SEO

● Proven work on International client websites, minimum 2 to 3 sites, with results you can show

● Experience taking at least one brand new website from scratch to ranking

● Ecommerce SEO experience, Shopify strongly preferred, WooCommerce or WordPress acceptable

● Daily working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush or Ahrefs,

Screaming Frog

● Good written and spoken English for USA client communication

● Agency background preferred, comfortable handling 4 to 6 client accounts at once

Nice To Have :

● Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience for USA businesses

● Basic HTML and Shopify Liquid understanding

● Content writing or editing ability

● Experience with Klaviyo, Meta or Google Ads is a plus, not required
