We are looking for a Link Building Specialist / Off-Page SEO Analyst who understands that good link building is not about sending hundreds of generic emails. It is about finding relevant websites, building relationships, earning quality placements, and improving the overall authority and visibility of client websites.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and executing off-page SEO and link acquisition campaigns for multiple client websites.

- Researching relevant websites, blogs, publishers, directories, and industry resources for link opportunities.
- Identifying high-quality guest posting and editorial placement opportunities.
- Conducting manual outreach to website owners, editors, bloggers, and publishers.
- Writing personalized outreach emails and following up with prospects.
- Building and maintaining relationships with publishers and website owners.
- Evaluating websites based on relevance, organic traffic, authority, backlink profile, content quality, spam signals, and overall credibility.




- Finding competitor backlink opportunities using SEO tools.
- Building links through guest posts, niche edits, resource pages, list placements, directories, citations, partnerships, and other legitimate strategies.
- Supporting broken-link-building campaigns where relevant.
- Maintaining link-building trackers and outreach databases.
- Working with the SEO team and content team to align link-building activity with keyword, page, and business priorities.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on outreach and link acquisition performance.

Preferred Candidate:

- Based in Kolkata (preferred).
- You should be able to explain why a backlink is worth acquiring, not simply say that a website has a high DR.
- Strong understanding of backlinks and how they affect organic search performance.
- Hands-on experience with manual link prospecting.
- Experience conducting email outreach.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Understanding of white-hat and sustainable link-building practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
- Strong research and spreadsheet management skills.
- Attention to detail.

Preferred Experience with Tools:

- Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Sheets, Hunter, Apollo, BuzzStream, Pitchbox
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is a must.
