We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled React Native Developer to join our team as an SDE 3. With over 5 years of experience in mobile development, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable cross-platform mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical innovation across our mobile platform.

As a React Native Developer, you will:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex React Native applications.
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient cross-platform solutions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, performance optimization, and code reusability.
- Lead the development of seamless user interfaces with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Implement state management with advanced libraries like Redux, Redux-Saga, or similar solutions.
- Optimize app performance and handle debugging and crash resolution with advanced tools.
- Ensure applications are ready for release on both Play Store and App Store,



managing deployment processes.
- Stay at the forefront of React Native and mobile development trends, recommending and integrating the latest technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of growth.
- Drive CI/CD processes and automation for React Native applications.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in React Native development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
- Experience working with native mobile development (Android or iOS) is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of React Native internals and advanced cross-platform development techniques.
- Expertise in state management libraries like Redux, Redux-Saga, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, object-oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and deploying applications to Play Store and App Store.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools, and mobile testing frameworks.
- Advanced debugging and monitoring skills for tracking app crashes, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor a team of developers.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions and guide the team to follow best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex technical challenges.
