Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store & Operations Executive to manage inventory, material movement, Record Keeping & documentation, dispatches, and day-to-day store operations.

- Manage warehouse and maintain proper storage of materials and inventory.
- Receive, count, label, verify and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Handle material inward, outward, packing and dispatch activities.
- Verify materials against PO, DC, invoices and other documents.
- Maintain stock, inward/outward, dispatch, courier and delivery records.
- Support SCM in vendor quotations, rate comparison and market price collection.
- Track inventory ageing, expiry,



obsolete and slow-moving materials.
- Coordinate with SCM/Sales for utilisation or liquidation of old stock.
- Conduct assigned site visits and support material inspection and quality checks.
- Monitor contractor work and report site/quality-related issues.
- Support Sales through market visits, product availability, pricing and project information.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, couriers, contractors, clients and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and material movement.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock, dispatches, site visits and pending activities.
- Proactively report delays, discrepancies, damages or operational issues to the concerned manager.
