Job Summary

We are seeking an active and reliable Dispatch & Packing Executive for our Central Kitchen. In this role, you will pack freshly prepared bulk food, semi-cooked ingredients, and kitchen supplies, ensuring they are securely loaded and dispatched to our restaurant outlets on time.

Work Timings (Rotational Shifts)

Early Dispatch Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Focus: Opening stock delivery for outlet prep)

General Dispatch Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Focus: Mid-day refills and regular outlet supplies)

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Food Packing: Pack batch-prepared food, gravies, sauces, and prepped ingredients into food-grade crates, insulated hot boxes, or sealed containers.

Temperature & Hygiene Control: Ensure proper food safety handling—making sure items are hot, chilled, or frozen as required before dispatch to maintain quality.

Indent Verification: Cross-check packed items against each restaurant outlet’s daily requisition list (indent copy) to ensure correct items and quantities are sent.

Dispatch & Transport Loading: Safely load packed food containers onto transport vehicles/delivery vans and hand them over to drivers.

Crate & Container Management: Track, clean,



and manage returnable containers and crates coming back from restaurant outlets.

Stock Updates: Report packed quantities and any short supplies to the Central Kitchen Manager.

Requirements & Skills

Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.

Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in Central Kitchens, catering operations, food logistics, or QSRs is a plus.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, move, and stack food crates and heavy supply boxes (up to 15–20 kg).

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately read daily outlet order lists so no outlet receives missing or wrong items.

*Flexibility to handle early morning dispatch hours and physical kitchen work.
