As the Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing data-based strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics using Tableau and Power BI to track key business KPIs and performance metrics. This role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to support transformation projects, process optimization, and the adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar transformation or business analytics role.
- Proven track record in driving process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in using Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience in the food industry or a similar quick-paced environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
