Fresh mushrooms are highly perishable. That means our operational chain cannot have weak links.
A mushroom can be grown perfectly and still lose its value through poor harvesting, inefficient packing, incorrect storage, delayed dispatch, or a poorly planned delivery route.

We're looking for someone who can own that entire journey.
About the Role -
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will own the operational flow of our fresh mushroom business from the moment a mushroom is ready to be harvested until the product reaches the customer.

You will manage:




Harvest → Sorting → Packing → Storage → Inventory → Order Allocation → Dispatch → Routing → Delivery

This is a highly hands-on role combining post-harvest operations, packhouse management, inventory, logistics, fleet management, and field-team leadership.

You'll manage both people and processes, work closely with Production and Sales, and build the systems required to make our operations reliable as Shroomery scales.
This role is for someone who enjoys being close to the action.

If you see a problem and immediately start thinking about how to fix the system behind it, rather than simply fixing the individual problem, you'll fit this role well.
What You'll Own -
1. Post-Harvest Operations - Own the process from harvesting to dispatch readiness.2. Packhouse & Packaging Operations - Own the entire packing operation at the farm.3.
