About the Role
Dusker Dynamics is looking for a highly experienced Senior Defence Systems Engineer to lead the architecture, integration, verification, and validation of advanced defence systems.
This is a senior technical role responsible for translating operational requirements into complete system architectures and ensuring successful integration across hardware, electronics, embedded systems,



software, sensors, communication systems, control systems, and mechanical subsystems.
The engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, suppliers, technical partners, and defence stakeholders throughout the complete product-development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has robust experience in defence, aerospace, military systems, autonomous platforms, avionics, radar, electronic warfare, missile systems, unmanned systems, or other high-reliability engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, from concept development and requirements definition to system integration, qualification, validation, and deployment.
Translate operational and customer requirements into clear system-level technical requirements and engineering specifications.
