Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Social Media Manager role based in Pune. The Junior Social Media Manager will support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging brand presence. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, writing captions, assisting with content strategy, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring social media performance, responding to comments and messages,



and preparing basic reports on key metrics. The Junior Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media activities with broader digital initiatives and brand guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a focus on growing and engaging online communities.
Ability to contribute to Content Strategy and support planning for campaigns and platform-specific content.
Effective Communication and Writing skills, including clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
