MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* 12 years of experience in commercial roles, program management/business
development/commercial strategy within financial institutions, fintech,
digital banking, e-commerce or management consulting.
* Experience in securing and negotiating commercial agreements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to manage system integrations and
analyze financial performance.
* Proven negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapid-paced
environments.
* Strong business acumen, investigative and business modeling skills, and
attention to detail. Ability to systematically apply structure and principles
using data.
* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to
launch and optimization, showcasing strong organizational and project
management skills.
