Role Description
The Generative AI Content Strategist (Short Form Content) is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating,



and optimizing short-form content across social platforms using generative AI tools. This role involves developing data-informed content strategies for creator-led campaigns, drafting and refining scripts, captions, hooks, and visual prompts aligned with brand objectives and audience insights. The strategist will collaborate with internal teams and creators to translate campaign briefs into transparent, engaging content frameworks, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and brand positioning. Daily tasks include managing content calendars, testing and iterating AI-generated assets, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying trends and best practices in short-form content. The role also requires maintaining documentation, content guidelines, and workflow processes to support efficient, scalable content production.
