TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.
Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.
We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role





We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build secure, intuitive applications around bespoke AI capabilities.
You will contribute across interfaces, APIs, integrations and deployment while working closely with AI engineers and project teams.
What you will do

· Build responsive web interfaces for complex enterprise workflows.
· Develop backend services, APIs and data integrations.
· Integrate AI models and third-party services into dependable applications.
· Implement authentication, permissions, logging and auditability.
· Write tests, review code and improve application performance.
· Deploy, monitor and support solutions used by client teams.
What we are looking for

· One to four years of professional full-stack development experience.
· Strong skills in a contemporary frontend framework and backend language.
· Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
