Responsibilities
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements
Robust experience in various Cisco network devices (routers, switches) including installation, configuration, and very robust troubleshooting.
Willing to work on shifts (both day and night) and ready to work in a team.
Hands-on experience with IOS up-gradation and password breaking of routers and switches.
Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP.
Knowledge of switching concepts including VLAN, VTP, STP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, and stacking.
Bachelor's degree with CCNA and 5 years of experience or CCNP with more than 3 years of experience.
