About Flybi

Flybi Technologies is a Bengaluru drone survey and geospatial intelligence company (est. 2022, DGCA-compliant, DPIIT Startup India and MSME recognised). We measure the physical world for steel plants, power stations, mines and ports — JSW Steel, BMM Ispat and KPCL among our clients — with drone LiDAR, photogrammetry and airborne magnetics. A 40-person team, most of it in the field, and we are hiring six people this quarter. You will run that.
What you will own

The hiring pipeline end to end on Zoho Recruit: sourcing on Naukri and LinkedIn, phone screens, practical tests, interview scheduling, references, offers, joining.
Keka HRMS: joiners and leavers, attendance and leave, documents, probation reviews, the monthly payroll inputs to Finance.
Onboarding: Day-0 access (Keka, Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho), the 30/60/90 plan with the manager, the probation review at 90 days.
Policies in practice: the attendance and leave policy, the holiday calendar,



the referral scheme, letters and records.
The Friday hiring huddle: a one-page dashboard per open role for the founders.
What you will be measured on

Days from job publish to offer — target 21 or fewer.
Applications acknowledged within 24 hours — 100%.
Keka pending actions (documents, onboarding tasks, approvals) — zero at month-end.
You are not

An HR business partner who advises — this is a hands-on seat. Not a remote or hybrid role.
Location and hours

Kengeri (Mysore Road), Bengaluru 560060. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday is a full working day.
Compensation

Competitive and aligned to experience, discussed openly on the first call. Attendance allowance, PF, and a 90-day probation review against the three numbers above.
