About Flybi

Flybi Technologies is a Bengaluru drone survey and geospatial intelligence company — ₹3.75 Cr revenue in FY 2025-26, profitable, growing towards ₹6–7 Cr with clients like JSW Steel, BMM Ispat and KPCL, an active government tender desk, an East Africa project and a strategic investor conversation under way. Finance is moving from Tally to Zoho Books on 1 October. We need the person who owns the numbers.
What you will own

Cash: a 13-week cash forecast, weekly collections, debtor days, banking relationships (OD, bank guarantees, LUT).
The books: Zoho Books live and reconciled, month close by the 10th, a one-page MIS to the founders.
Compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT and ROC on a calendar with an owner; statutory audit and the CA; e-invoicing readiness.
Payroll on the 1st, every month, with Keka inputs from People.
Tender finance: EMDs, bank guarantees, solvency and turnover certificates,



vendor registrations — nothing missed on a technicality.
Investor and client diligence: financial packs, data-room discipline.
What you will be measured on

Debtor days — trending down every quarter.
Close date — the 10th, every month.
Statutory filings on time — 100%.
You are not

A bookkeeper who waits for instructions, or a CFO who needs a team of ten. This is a working controller's seat.
Location and hours

Kengeri (Mysore Road), Bengaluru 560060. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday is a full working day.
Compensation

Competitive and aligned to experience, discussed openly on the first call. PF, attendance allowance, and a 90-day probation review against the three numbers above.
