TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.
Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.
We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role





We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn client data into clear insight and support the design of AI-enabled business solutions.
You will combine analytical thinking, reporting and stakeholder communication across varied international engagements.
What you will do

· Analyse operational and commercial datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
· Develop dashboards, reports and performance measures.
· Assess data quality, consistency and suitability for AI use cases.
· Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements.
· Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Support solution testing, validation and value measurement.
What we are looking for

· One to three years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or analytics.
· Robust Excel or spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of SQL.
· Experience with dashboards and data visualisation.
