Business Program and Project Management – Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as the connective force across four interconnected functions — Operations, Talent, Account Management, and Virtual Event Production — driving cohesion, accountability, and high performance across each team.



You will lead with both strategic vision and operational discipline, setting clear goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring each function is aligned to the broader marketing organization's objectives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business leadership and functional teams, translating organizational priorities into actionable direction while championing excellence in each team. You will navigate ambiguity with confidence, balancing competing priorities across diverse workstreams without losing sight of team engagement, retention, and performance.
